Therapists
Birth Therapists, Counselors or Psychologists specialize in birth related issues such as postpartum depression, traumatic birth experiences, infertility issues, sexual abuse, baby bonding issues, pre or post pregnancy anxiety, VBAC support, loss or trauma. Sometimes just a session or two will help women heal their issues and for some women additional sessions might be helpful. It is important to realize that help is available and to reach out to family, friends and professionals if you need support.
